Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MyBTC.World Ads network (the "Service"), including advertiser purchases and publisher participation. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1) Definitions

• "Advertiser" means a person or entity purchasing ad space through the Service.
• "Publisher" means a person or entity approved to display ads from the Service on a website or application.
• "Ad" means a banner creative, destination URL, and related metadata submitted to the Service.
• "Earnings" means any credits, balances, or payout amounts shown in the publisher dashboard (if applicable).

2) Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
• We may approve, deny, suspend, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.

3) Advertiser Purchases — All Sales Final

• All sales are final. Advertising purchases are non-refundable once an order is placed and/or payment is completed.
• We do not guarantee any specific number of impressions, clicks, conversions, revenue, rankings, or results.
• We may reject, pause, or remove ads that violate these Terms, applicable laws, or our policies, or that we believe may harm users or the Service.
• If an Ad is rejected for policy or legal reasons, the order may be cancelled or paused at our discretion. Any processing/third‑party fees may be non-refundable.

4) Prohibited Content

Ads, landing pages, and publisher sites must not contain or promote:

• Illegal products/services, scams, phishing, malware, or deceptive practices.
• Hate, harassment, threats, or violent content.
• Child sexual abuse material or exploitation (immediate termination and reporting).
• Copyright infringement, counterfeit goods, or unauthorized use of trademarks.
• Misleading "get rich quick" schemes, impersonation, or false affiliation claims.
• Any content that violates applicable laws or regulations.

5) Publisher Rules & Anti‑Abuse

• Publishers must place ads only on websites they own/control or have explicit permission to monetize.
• Publishers may not generate artificial traffic, impressions, or clicks through bots, scripts, incentivized clicking, misleading UI, auto-refreshing, clickjacking, traffic exchanges, or similar methods.
• Publishers may not ask, encourage, or reward users to click ads ("incentivized clicks").
• We may use automated and manual systems to detect invalid activity. Our determination of invalid traffic is final.
• If a publisher is found abusing the system, the account will be terminated and any and all Earnings will be forfeited.

6) Earnings, Payouts, and Taxes

• Earnings shown in dashboards are estimates and may be adjusted for invalid activity, fraud detection, chargebacks, or accounting corrections.
• Payout eligibility, thresholds, and schedules may change. We may require additional verification before approving payouts.
• You are responsible for any taxes, reporting, and compliance obligations related to your use of the Service and any payouts you receive.

7) Suspension, Termination, and Operational Changes

• We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for any reason, including suspected abuse, policy violations, risk management, or legal compliance.
• We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) at any time without notice.

8) Disclaimers

• The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free operation, or that the Service will meet your requirements.
• We are not responsible for advertiser/publisher content, third-party sites, or third-party services (including payment processors).

9) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyBTC.World, its owners, operators, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific order giving rise to the claim (if any) during the thirty (30) days prior to the event, or $50 USD, whichever is greater.

10) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MyBTC.World and its owners/operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your Ads, landing pages, or website content; (b) your use of the Service; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any law or third-party rights.

11) Privacy

We may process limited technical data (such as IP address and user-agent) for fraud prevention, security, and measurement. We may also store account information you provide (such as email and site details). By using the Service, you consent to such processing.

12) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

13) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
