MyBTC.World Terms of Service

Effective Date: February 18, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MyBTC.World websites, including the faucet, tools, forum, ad network, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1) Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service, or have permission from a parent/guardian. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service is lawful where you live.

2) Accounts & Security

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3) Credits, Points, Satoshi Amounts, and “Balances”

Any “credits,” “points,” “satoshi,” “balances,” “earnings,” “rewards,” “pending,” “confirmed,” or similar values displayed on the Service are provided for illustrative and informational purposes only and carry no cash value. They do not represent stored value, a bank account, property, or a claim against MyBTC.World.

We may adjust, reverse, remove, or forfeit credits/balances at any time to correct errors, prevent abuse, comply with law, enforce these Terms, or protect the integrity of the Service.

4) No Guarantees of Availability or Earnings

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at any specific time. We do not guarantee any level of earnings, credits, conversions, ad performance, clicks, impressions, completion rates, or results.

5) Advertiser Purchases & “All Sales Final”

ALL SALES ARE FINAL for any ad packages sold on MyBTC.World. Once an ad package is purchased, you may not cancel, reverse, or request a refund for any reason, including (without limitation) performance, traffic volume, click-through rate, conversion rate, timing, moderation decisions, or account status.

We reserve the right to reject, pause, modify, or remove any advertisement at our discretion, including ads that we believe are misleading, harmful, unlawful, offensive, or otherwise violate these Terms. Removal or pausing of an ad does not create a right to a refund.

6) Right to Suspend, Terminate, or Close Operations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account, restrict any user, and to discontinue the Service (in whole or in part), at any time, without notice, including if operating the site becomes too unsustainable or for any reason.

If the Service is suspended, terminated, or closed, you acknowledge that any balances/credits displayed on the Service may be forfeited, and you will have no right to compensation, reimbursement, chargeback, or damages, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7) Prohibited Conduct (No Cheating / Abuse / Fraud)

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Using bots, scripts, automation, emulators, click farms, or any non-human method to interact with the Service.
• Creating multiple accounts, self-referrals, referral fraud, or manipulating tracking systems.
• Exploiting bugs, bypassing cooldowns, tampering with requests, or interfering with security features.
• Submitting false information, payment fraud, or attempting to reverse transactions.
• Posting links where links are disallowed, or attempting to evade link filters.

Cheaters, abusers, and scam advertisers will be banned from the site and all credits will be forfeited.

8) User Content (Posts, Messages, Ads, and Submissions)

You are responsible for all content you post or submit to the Service (“User Content”), including messages, ads, comments, and profiles. You agree your User Content will not be illegal, deceptive, defamatory, threatening, harassing, hateful, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable.

By submitting User Content, you grant MyBTC.World a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the Service.

We may remove User Content at any time for any reason, including suspected violations of these Terms.

9) Third-Party Links & Services

The Service may include links to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, products, or services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

10) Intellectual Property

The Service (including design, code, logos, text, graphics, and features) is owned by MyBTC.World or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written permission.

11) Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYBTC.WORLD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL MYBTC.WORLD (INCLUDING ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS) BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYBTC.WORLD’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO MYBTC.WORLD FOR AD PACKAGES IN THE THIRTY (30) DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) TEN DOLLARS (US $10).

13) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MyBTC.World and its owners/operators from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service, (b) your User Content, (c) your ads or promotions, or (d) your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.

14) DMCA / Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice including: (1) your contact information, (2) identification of the copyrighted work, (3) identification of the allegedly infringing material and where it is located, and (4) a statement made under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

15) Privacy

Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices, including the use of cookies, logs, and security signals for fraud prevention and service operation.

16) Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

17) Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

18) Entire Agreement

These Terms (and any policies referenced, including the Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and MyBTC.World regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
