This Privacy Policy explains how XTrade (the "Service") collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you. By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1) Information we collect

X account information (via OAuth): your X user ID, username/handle, display name, profile image URL, and (if available) account creation date.
Submitted posts: the X post URLs/IDs you submit to receive engagement.
Task activity: claims you make, proofs you upload, approvals/rejections, and timestamps.
Proof images: screenshots you upload to show you completed a task on X.
Basic technical data: server logs may include IP address, user agent, and request timestamps for security and abuse prevention.

2) How we use information

To authenticate you and keep your session active.
To operate the task exchange (show posts, track tasks owed/earned, and manage proof reviews).
To prevent abuse, enforce rules, troubleshoot issues, and maintain security.
To communicate with you about account, policy, or security matters (if you contact us).

3) How we share information (including with X)

With X: When you log in, you are redirected to X and X returns an authorization response to us. We may call X’s API endpoints to retrieve your account identity details needed to operate the Service.
With other users: Your submitted post links are shown to other users so they can complete tasks. Your X username may be shown in the app where relevant (for example, the owner of a submitted post).
Service providers: Your hosting provider (and any storage provider, if configured) may process data as needed to run the Service.
Legal and safety: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service.

4) Cookies and sessions

The Service uses cookies/session storage to keep you logged in and to maintain security during the OAuth login flow.

5) Data retention

Account data: retained while your account is active.
Tasks and proofs: retained to operate the exchange and handle disputes/strikes. We may delete older proofs after they are no longer needed for operations or disputes.
Logs: retained for a limited period for security and troubleshooting.

6) Your choices and rights

You can stop using the Service at any time.
You may request deletion of your account data by emailing me@mybtc.world from the address you want us to respond to (include your X username).
If you delete or change information on X, XTrade may not automatically update historical records unless required for compliance or moderation.

7) Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. However, no system is 100% secure. Please avoid uploading screenshots that contain sensitive information.

8) Children’s privacy

The Service is not intended for children. Do not use the Service if you are not permitted to do so under applicable law.

9) Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do.
