These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of XTrade (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1) What XTrade is
XTrade is a manual task exchange. Users submit X posts they want engagement on, and other users choose tasks to complete on X (for example: liking a post) and then upload a screenshot as proof. XTrade does not automatically like, repost, or comment on your behalf.
2) Not affiliated with X
XTrade is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X. Your use of X is governed by X’s terms, policies, and rules.
3) Eligibility
You must be able to form a legally binding contract and comply with all applicable laws. You must also have a valid X account.
4) Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for your actions on X, including liking, reposting, or commenting.
- You agree not to impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
- You agree to provide truthful information and truthful proof submissions.
- You agree to return tasks you owe (e.g., if someone likes your post per the exchange rules).
5) Prohibited use
You may not use the Service to:
- Automate engagement actions on X (bots, scripts, or automation tools).
- Spam, harass, threaten, or violate others’ rights.
- Upload unlawful, harmful, or misleading content (including forged screenshots).
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, abuse the task system, or manipulate reputation.
- Violate any X rules, policies, or developer terms that apply to your use.
6) Content you submit
You are responsible for the post links you submit, any text you enter, and any screenshots you upload. Do not upload screenshots that contain sensitive information you do not want stored on our servers.
7) Enforcement, strikes, and termination
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access to the Service at any time if we believe you are violating these Terms or harming the Service/community. We may also remove posts, tasks, or proofs.
8) Disclaimers
- The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.
- We do not guarantee that other users will complete tasks or return tasks owed.
- We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or uninterrupted access.
9) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, XTrade will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, profits, or reputation.
10) Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
